I began my career working with Shopify Plus, supporting large enterprise level businesses and complex ecommerce platforms. Working closely with high volume stores gave me a deep understanding of how websites need to perform at scale, from reliability and structure to the importance of clean systems behind the scenes.

Driven by a desire to build more hands on technical skills, I left Shopify Plus to attend BrainStation’s Software Engineering program. During my time there, I was asked to return as a Teaching Assistant, supporting new students as they learned web development fundamentals and problem solving skills. This experience strengthened both my technical knowledge and my ability to explain complex ideas in a clear and approachable way.

After completing my studies, I founded Cloud9 Calm Co. to bring that same level of care, structure, and clarity to small businesses. Today, I work with business owners throughout the Okanagan and beyond, helping them build, host, and maintain websites that feel calm, reliable, and easy to manage.

My approach blends enterprise level experience with a human, personalized touch, creating digital spaces that support growth without overwhelm.
